Class Instructors





Orion Anderson has been teaching English to adults for over 10 years. He holds a BA in English Language/Letters from Ithaca College and an ESOL Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults from the University of Cambridge. Passionately interested in other people and cultures, he has taught in New York and Japan, and has traveled extensively throughout Asia, Europe and the United States. He currently lives in Jackson Heights, Queens.






























Neil Giannelli has channeled his love of American History into his vocation, first teaching at the high school level for 30 years and now helping adults prepare for their American Citizenship exam. A native of New York City, he has a Master's Degree from New York University and has also attended CW Post and Polytechnic University. 
























Eva Khatana has been teaching ESL to students of all levels and ages for over 30 years. Ms. Khatana is an avid volunteer with New York Cares participating in many diverse projects over the past several years. 
























Zachary Kelly has 10 years of experience as an ESL professional with experience ranging from helping prospective citizens prepare for their citizenship exams to helping students sharpen their language skills to prepare them for CUNY classes and training ESL teachers.
